The rest of the employees were nice but unhelpful. The front counter girl at check in was rude. Not even their breakroom, which is obviously a lie, and use fire as the excuse meanwhile they freely let ppl smoke across the whole property despite advertising as non smoking. They claim theres no microwaves in the building despite the ad saying the rooms had them. Would click on for a few minutes then shut off and never come back on unless you went and turned it off and back on again.
Giant block of ice taking up an entire shelf, never been defrosted which causes it not to cycle on and off properly.
Blamed the website even though i called and confirmed directly a week before arrival. Stayed in hundreds of casinos hotels across the country.
